TWSave respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512, "DMCA"), we will respond promptly to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement that comply with the procedures described below.
TWSave is a stateless utility. We do not host, store, or cache Twitter/X media on our servers. Our service accepts a public tweet URL, fetches public metadata through Twitter's public endpoints, and streams the media directly to the requesting user's browser. No files remain on our infrastructure after the request completes.
Because we do not host content, most traditional takedown requests are better directed to Twitter/X itself. However, if you believe that a specific feature or endpoint of TWSave enables ongoing infringement of your copyrighted work, you may submit a DMCA notice as described below.
To file a DMCA takedown notice, please send an email to [email protected] containing all of the following information:
Incomplete notices may be rejected. Please do not send unrelated correspondence to this email address.
If you believe that material you posted has been removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected]. A valid counter-notice must include:
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, TWSave has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, access to our service for users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability. Please only submit notices if you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on their behalf.
